Brady offers a hybrid work option that allows for both personal flexibility and in-person collaboration to deliver the greatest outcomes for our people and customers. This option is a mix of in the office and one or two offsite days which are pre-determined based on role and function.
Position Reports To: Senior Ecommerce Merchandising and Marketing Manager
What We Need:
Are you a scrappy marketer who isn't afraid to put pen to paper and get your creative juices flowing? Brady Corp is looking for a marketing specialist to help ideate, define and execute marketing tactics to support new and existing product lines. This role will need to fill the gap between creative and business partners to bring high quality marketing tactics to life. You will be required to apply creative thinking to multiple parts of the business so we can better reach and communicate with our prospects and customers, both directly and through our extensive network of distribution partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support new product launch plan creation, ideation and execution.
- Work with product management to define the target market, determine the buyer and outline how we communicate the value prop to the market.
- Review, analyze and edit existing campaigns, materials and promotions for effectiveness, cross-selling opportunities and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate and attend photo and video shoots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define how various creative requests are going to be put into action.
- Collaborate with channel managers to identify, ideate, test, execute and scale marketing campaigns targeted towards specific distribution partners.
- Work cross-functionally to help improve point-of-sale displays, collateral and existing print and digital materials to be used by specific distributors.
- Write and distribute quarterly Distribution Newsletter to keep channel partners engaged and up-to-date with marketing activities and how they can be leveraged to drive sales.
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in marketing or similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, project leadership, presentation and analytical skills.
- Familiar with developing product marketing content across various channels including, but not limited to: ecommerce website, social media, email, trade advertising, webinars and/or trade shows.
- Motivated by data and measurement, must have demonstrated results in the form of leads generated, traffic driven and revenue created from campaign efforts.
- Ability to continually analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proven time manager and comfortable with managing multiple projects and business relationships concurrently.
- Up to 10% travel.
Desired Knowledge, Skills Abilities
- Experience with design software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or the like).
- Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects at once, adept in navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing or competing priorities (experience with project management/collaboration tools is a plus).
- Familiarity with taking products and services to market through distributor channels.
- History supporting safety products, safety services and/or safety software.
