Marketing Communications Specialist

As the Marketing Communications Specialist here at Lugano, you will be responsible for executing creative strategies to communicate the Company’s vision across different client touchpoints while ensuring consistency in brand voice in both print and digital media. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with our Creative team to produce marketing material that tells our story and develop campaigns specific to our different marketing channels. What You Will Do

• Produce elevated marketing copy for the Company’s website, social media, PR, and marketing needs.
• Execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness in the luxury market.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand voice in all communications and marketing material.
• Craft external communications, including client newsletters, marketing collateral, web, and social media copy.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to provide support and direction in key marketing initiatives.
• Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address queries.
• Partner and support agency partners.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
• Strategize opportunities to enhance systems and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency.
• Support cross-functional teams with communications as needed.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and assess ROI.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in marketing high jewelry or luxury goods
• Excellent writing and editing skills while maintaining consistent brand voice
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative team environment
• Effective communication, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Project Management platforms (Wrike, Asana, Basecamp, etc)

Pay Transparency

Targeted base compensation is $80,000 plus annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
