Marketing Communications Specialist

INNIO Waukesha Gas Engines is seeking a candidate who is passionate about driving the future of the energy industry. As a Marketing Communications Specialist at INNIO Waukesha, you will be asked to help develop, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing programs:

• Collaborate with product managers, sales managers, and marketing leaders to create and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns.
• Lead all internal communications campaigns and engagement as needed.
• Track campaigns and manage cross-functional projects from marketing, product line, and sales.

Job Duties:

• Manage multiple projects across channels to support lead generation from funnel to conversion
• Own and develop lead and demand generation campaigns, identifying new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services
• Manage and execute the preparation and delivery of marketing and digital advertising materials including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibits, advertising, promotional programs and webinars
• Plan, organize and manage industry-specific conferences and exhibitions from booth concept and design to on-site coordination
• Manage all social media including writing, posting, managing comment activity, tracking metrics and analyzing results
• Develop and manage all internal communication processes including SharePoint site updates; manage external channel and end user communication including advisories, bulletins, newsletters and other as needed
• Manage the company's community engagement and outreach efforts including events, sponsorships and partnerships

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing, communications, sales or product support roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Technical/engineering with natural gas engines and or industrial product background preferred
• Experience in the oil and gas industry a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel a must

Preferred:

• Familiarity with marketing, email, go-to-market and webinar software such as: Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketo, Staff Base, Zoom Info and Go To Meeting Web Conferencing
