Job Description

The Role:

🌟 Plan, create, and spearhead the execution of external marketing strategies and initiatives in the Netherlands, aimed at enhancing the influx of applications to our Operations while bolstering the overall allure of our employer brand among our target audience. 

📈 Strategize and orchestrate recruitment campaigns spanning digital, social media, and CSR platforms, alongside comprehensive brand management and PR endeavours. 

🎯 Collaborate with the Head of Employer Branding and Communications to delineate the Employer Branding strategy and associated endeavours, crucial for cementing our desired corporate image and attracting top-tier candidates. 

🤝 Partner closely with local HR teams and business units to offer counsel on and coordinate recruitment events, candidate engagements, social media endeavours, and beyond. 

📸 Interface with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers, crafting creative briefs and serving as the primary liaison for all communication materials, both internal and external. 

🤝 Foster relationships and network with diverse third parties, including Student Associations, Universities, and strategic partners, amplifying our outreach efforts. 

🎙️ Deliver engaging presentations, encompassing internal training sessions and inspirational talks, focusing primarily on our brand, corporate values, and communication proficiencies for Evolution employees. 

📝 Spearhead internal communications efforts, working closely with local teams to draft pertinent materials and support management in their internal communications, ensuring alignment with our corporate culture and values. 

🎉 Conceptualize, coordinate, and execute internal campaigns, ranging from informative to entertaining activities, aimed at enriching the employee experience, while overseeing the creation of requisite materials for each initiative. 

🌐 Serve as a steadfast ambassador for the company and brand, guaranteeing that all communications mirror our organizational values and positioning, in strict adherence to Brand Guidelines. 

💼 Oversee budget planning and monitoring, ensuring optimal resource allocation and alignment with strategic objectives. 

Qualifications

Background Needed: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 

• 3+ years’ experience in project management within Strategic Communications, Branding, Marketing, or Public Relations. 

• Demonstrated track record of leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating paid and earned media. Proficiency in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, with a basic understanding of SEM/SEO. 

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Dutch; additional language skills are advantageous. 

• Computer literate with expertise in Microsoft Office; experience with additional suites such as Adobe is beneficial. 

• Experience working in an international environment and/or supporting recruitment efforts is a plus. 

• Experience in sales-driving marketing and branding efforts targeting Generation Z is advantageous. 

• Personal competencies include strong project management and organizational skills, excellent time management, planning, and prioritization abilities. A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude, demonstrating a passion for leveraging communication to enhance business outcomes and employee experiences.
