Job Description
We are a small, nimble marketing department that produces a pretty remarkable amount of high-caliber work for our size – and we’re looking to add a Content Marketing Coordinator to our team. The ideal candidate has a love of (and a bit of experience in) all things content: from social posts and engagement to long form blogs and guides.
Although you will sit on the content team, the scope of this role will go beyond content. You’ll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get involved in many aspects of marketing, including project managing content campaigns, coordinating webinars, and pitching in on various projects. We are a collaborative team, and you certainly won’t be expected to do it all yourself, but the kind of person who will succeed in this role will enjoy a variety of projects and take on new challenges with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Note: This is a remote role.
Responsibilities Include
- Social media coordination: writing posts and working with designers to bring them to life; engaging with influencers, prospects and clients
- Content tracking and project management: Ensure content calendar is up to date; upload and format content in WordPress
- Writing: Draft emails, blog posts, and web copy
- Webinar project management: Track deliverables on webinars to ensure deadlines are met and support pre and post production tasks.
- SEO: work with our team and SEO agency to create and optimize content for SEO
Qualifications
- 2-5 years directly related experience
- Successfully managed or contributed to corporate social media accounts, including post creation and audience engagement
- Experience writing long-form copy such as blogs, white papers, e-books, or guides
- An eye for details and facility for project management, having run or participated in campaign-level project tracking.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Communications, Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
Nice to have…
- An understanding of finance (or estate planning) and/or experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with Figma and Adobe suite, and WordPress
- HubSpot is icing on the cake

Note: the comp range for this role is:Â $70,000-$90,000, based on experience.Â
