Marketing Content & Graphics Creator

Job Summary: Aurora World is seeking a positively creative and energetic Marketing Content Creator who is eager to develop print and digital media/content for a global leader in the plush toy industry. This is an exciting opportunity to experience the ins and outs of establishing multiple brands in the digital space and maintain brand awareness through online promotions. Working directly with the Marketing Manager, our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys toys and is interested in creating print and digital content using various graphic and media design tools. What You Will Do - Job Responsibilities: · Use Adobe CC and third-party social media tools to create content specific to the brand's identity. (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro experience preferred). · Assist in photo/video content creation for all social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. · Generate content ideas that will help tell our brand awareness through organic and paid ad campaigns. · Design content materials for digital marketing activities such as social media, email (Mailchimp), and website (Shopify). · Report weekly on the performance of marketing efforts and optimize strategies for a growing brand presence on digital platforms. · Perform Influencer Marketing Campaigns and report metrics. Our ideal Candidate - Qualifications: · MUST be a graduate with a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. · AT LEAST 1-2 year of experience working with marketing and advertising. · AT LEAST 1 year of experience as a graphic designer. · AT LEAST 1-2 years of experience with digital content tools such as Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). · Proficient in Social Media Platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. · Experience creating packaging, promotional and advertisement materials. · Strong organizational abilities - you'll be managing a content schedule across multiple social media channels. Additional Skills: · Be creative and a self-starter · Be comfortable speaking and participating in social media activities (ex: Voice recording, Appearances, virtual events, etc.) · Have an interest in plush toys, toys and collectible figures · Familiar with Mailchimp email campaigns · Understanding of Google Ads is highly preferred, but not required. Hours, Location, & Pay: This is a full-time position and should expect to work approximately 40 hours per week. This position is located in Pico Rivera, CA and must be available to work in the office - no remote work is available.
