Our tech client is looking for a Marketing Content Manager to join their Employee Skilling team whose mission is to build an enthusiastic learning culture based on industry-leading innovation. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of an enterprise organization as a digital transformation leader, and to enable customers, partners and people to develop, achieve success, and thrive.Â
You will help execute a broad-reaching customer employee communications plan -- inspiring cultures of learning where people take time to invest in their potential. In addition, you will help the organization tell a cohesive story. In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for driving awareness for learning through an array of marketing communication initiatives.
Would you like to...
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to plan short and long-term campaigns, monitor overall campaign performance and recommend shifts as needed
- Write and edit marketing communications content for a global audience
- Adhere to company editorial standards and best practices
- Ensure editorial consistency using material gathered from multiple sources (e.g.; interviews with subject matter experts, etc.)
- Avoid jargon and focus on the relevant benefits for the learner
- Ensure the readability and accuracy of content through proofreading
- Be supportive and have a positive attitude as you act as an advisor to program leads to help them make their material more effective
- Be flexible in supporting a range of different programs at different times
- Develop content and create specifications of new and revised articles or features
We would like you to have...
- 5+ years of editing and writing experience is required
- 5+ years of marketing and communications experience is required ( e.g. public relations, marketing, communications, education)
- Experience building and creating product launch plans and measuring results is required
- Strong writing, editing, project management, communication, strategy and organization skills required
- Large enterprise experience and tech industry experience is a plus
- Demonstrated expertise collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver global solutions
- Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work as part of a team
- Must have a growth mindset
- Detail oriented
- Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
