Marketing Content Operations Manager

Job Description

As a part of the O.C. Tanner Marketing Operations team, you will be an integral part in pushing the content strategy forward within the company. You love working with other people and departments within a B2B organization and find ways to execute on ideas and initiatives. You are able to provide guidance and direction to other groups to ensure that content created is being leveraged in multiple facets throughout our marketing plans and strategies.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate across departments within O.C. Tanner and execute on content projects to drive marketing and sales funnel optimization
• Drive and execute on full funnel content that helps support sales through all stages of the buying journey, in particular the later stages of the sales cycle i.e. RFP and Closed/Won
• Develop and deliver dynamic content strategically targeted at O.C. Tanner's Enterprise+ engagement strategies, supporting Field, ABM, and Demand Generation content initiatives
• Strategize, plan, and generate content across a spectrum of mediums, including website that is conducive to SEO, email, paid, and conversion rate optimization best practices
• Develop content plans and calendars that drive O.C. Tanner's web presence forward and transform and optimize the website to gain greater utilization across the company
• Engage with product marketing, sales, customer support, and demand generation teams to ensure website assets and support
• Review, audit, and assess existing content to continuously repurpose and leverage across website, email, video production, social media, and other marketing channels
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan and execute online marketing strategies and campaigns that support and drive growth and reach departmental goals
• Conduct content audits and gap analysis, and use findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation/operations
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

What you'll need:

• At least 5 years of experience
• Advanced writing and editing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to come up with creative ideas
• Strong work management skills
• Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO
• Ability to solve problems swiftly
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong grasp of grammar, usage, and syntax
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, AEM (or other website platforms), and SEO tools
• Ability to coordinate, manage and execute multiple marketing campaigns and initiatives concurrently
