The Marketing Content Specialist will work closely on creative production with our internal agency, and with a wide range of stakeholders to help drive sales and recruitment efforts on a national scale.

position details/responsibilities

• Support a variety of accounts with marketing services, content development and aligning around common goals.
• Planning and delivering content marketing campaigns to reach target audiences, drive behavior and build brand loyalty.
• Strategically distribute content via marketing channels such as social media, website, email, and press.
• Help to create and execute strategic marketing collateral to push the needle for company-wide sales.
• Use creative writing and content curation to submit for business awards and press opportunities, boosting brand reputation.
• Collaborate with a variety of different roles and teams to craft new ideas and initiatives that support company goals.

here's what we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or another related field is required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a Marketing Account Services role is required.
• Demonstrated experience creating high-quality written content, including English grammar and spelling skills.
• Experience using marketing platforms to distribute web, email, and social media content such as WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Sprout Social, etc.
• Positive, solutions-focused approach to projects that helps drive successful outcomes across teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, practical-thinking and creative skills to successfully manage ambiguity.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with changing priorities, including shifting tasks and quickly reprioritizing.
