Acumen Technology is looking to an A Player to our team! We need a dynamic, smart, and awesome Marketing Coordinator to help us execute on our marketing strategy and and help cultivate the Internal Acumen Team culture!

- Responsible for internal and external marketing and communications
- Help plan and execute Acumen Team Building Events (Top Golf, Sounds Games, Bowling, etc)
- Help Plan and Lead quarterly parties, company meetings, and Learning events
- Manage social media, including creating content, posting, and reporting
- Manage marketing events and webinars, including researching events, creating and tracking, planning and facilitating
- Manage HubSpot, including creating content and distributing emails and workflows, creating landing pages and forms, maintaining sales contacts, and other email marketing, lead generation, and administrative support
- Craft content, including blogs, emails, data sheets, case studies, press releases, and other marketing materials
- Help create sales presentations
- Assist with maintaining website, assist with SEO and content
- Assist in developing new marketing plans and campaigns
- Provide support and assistance to sales team and lead generation efforts as needed
- Stay up to date on industry news and trends and marketing techniques
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, marketing strategies, culture building strategies
- Background working in Information Technology / Managed Services
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational skills, natural tendency to prioritize and create timelines/deadlines for work
- HubSpot Experience is a plus
- WordPress Experience is a plus
- We are a hybrid work environment. Applicants should be located in or around the Nashville area for those days that we are in the office.
