Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Track Group, Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a leading provider of electronic monitoring solutions in the public safety industry, Track Group is dedicated to building reliable and secure technology that helps empower communities, law enforcement, and rehabilitation professionals. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in furthering our mission by contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, supporting product launches, and conducting market research. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure our marketing efforts align with our company's vision and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of all Company marketing materials, brochures, and collateral
- Registration for all Company trade shows and conferences, shipping of materials to each
- Assist with the design and maintenance of Company booth displays and show materials
- Supports marketing communication and campaign efforts for the sales team
- Maintenance and updating of all Company product manuals
- Assist in the development of messaging and positioning
- Assist with the creation and management of promotional videos
- Communicate updates to website development team
- Participate in public relations activities, both external and internal
- Supports cross-functional teams throughout the organization with marketing objectives
- Promotes the organization's image within the marketplace, industry, and general public
- Develops short- and long-term activities and goals and monitor progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree 4-year degree in marketing, business, and/or communications
- Experience in marketing communications and content development
- Criminal Justice/corrections/legal background/experience is preferred
- Experience with targeted campaigns, email, social media a plus
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software systems
- Knowledge, skills, and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities
- Demonstrated strong creativity, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications
- Computer literacy in word processing, database management, and page layout
- Experience working with shared leadership in a cross-functional team
- Strong oral and written commutations skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, team player
- Occasional overnight travel required
