Profile Summary:
Voya Financial in Windsor, CT is looking to hire a Corporate Marketing Coordinator. In this role the coordinator will be supporting the Chief Marketing Officer on various marketing projects. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with that blend of basic marketing knowledge and the ability to juggle multiple projects to work side by side with the leader of Voya Financials' cooperate Marketing. This role will be some form of a Hybrid role so candidates should be around Windsor, CT.

Profile Description:
Provide administrative support for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO):
- Calendar management including meeting scheduling, accepting/declining meeting invites, ensuring all necessary webinars/events/conferences etc. are included on calendar.
- Assist CMO and other senior leaders across Voya on key projects/initiatives.
- Communicate and collaborate with Marketing leadership team, providing support where needed.
- Assist marketing managers with onboarding of new employees, and staff movement activities.
- Registration for events, webinars and conferences.
- Distribution list management for marketing team.
- Travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
Marketing support for the team:
- Assist with planning and executing quarterly Marketing planning meetings, and monthly marketing call.
- Manage Marketing project request queue, updating projects, and creating new templates as needed.
- Collaborate with project owners to manage expiring content and facilitate updates.
- Utilize project management system, Workfront, to input project requests.
- Partner with design, compliance, and brand teams to facilitate completion of work.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 2+ years experience in communications, marketing or client relationship
- BA/BS degree in Communications or Marketing
- Experience with MS Office, Marketing Workflow Systems, SalesForce
- Effective communicator
- Ability to think strategically
- Great attention to detail
- Proactive - Anticipates needs
- Ability to navigate multiple levels in an organization
- Marketing background and/or understanding of financial services business preferred
