The Marketing Coordinator is the first point of contact for all marketing initiatives for assigned growth networks/offices. They contribute to the implementation and execution of growth network marketing plans and associated budgets and acts as liaison to the firm marketing team. They are accountable for daily efforts around CRM management.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Marketing: Live the brand and encourage professionals to leverage current clients to elevate seamless client experience. Consistently maintains CLA brand in market on a daily basis. Understands and uses national-based programming/templates to ensure consistency of CLA brand messaging/visuals. Uses project management software (Workamajig) to request and manage local projects on an ongoing basis. Executes approved in-market programming across one or more offices such as events, direct/digital marketing, digital/print advertising, speaking engagements, trade, public relations, local news releases, awards on a daily basis. Leverage membership lists and sponsors to promote our content. Based upon the marketing plan, keeps professionals informed of market activities by creating, maintaining, and informing through the firm's shared Outlook calendar best practice. Embrace social media as a platform for creating opportunities. Supports firm-wide marketing with items such as writing/communication, design, social media, webinar follow up, internal operations exchange and other support as needed May work with growth network leaders to leverage opportunity wheel and build brand awareness in local growth networks.
  • Dynamics Management: Accurate database management, data entry and reporting and aligning with Growth Network Marketing Coordinator. Review and use the Dynamics Management Guide to help prioritize CRM projects, set expectations related to timing, and easily find resources for CLA's best practices. Add and maintain accounts and contacts weekly - to include prospects, clients, inactive client conversion to prospects, as appropriate, and, bounced emails. Debrief and follow up on regional/local virtual events immediately; timely follow up (within 24 hours) on web/digital leads and ROI tracking
  • Growth: Manage and execute office's marketing plan/budget by monitoring financial reports to budget versus actual expenses. Reallocate expenses as needed. Leverage internal resources to maximize seamless client experiences. Connect professionals to the community through professional networking, business events, and volunteerism. May work with leaders of growth network to support overall marketing plan, priorities, goals, and budget for growth network.
  • Internal Operations: Volunteer and participate in projects presented through the operations exchange and firm-wide Marketing.

Requirements

Experience
  • Minimum of three years of related administrative or marketing experience.
Education
  • High school degree or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor's in Business Administration or Marketing, a plus.
Certifications / Licenses
  • None required.
Technical Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office Products is necessary. Regular use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, Dynamics, Adobe, STAR, and other internal systems. Requires ability to quickly master new software applications as needed.
Organizational Interfaces
  • Marketing Coordinator reports to the Operations Director. They develop local process and procedures with the oversight and guidance of firm Marketing Team. Also interacts with Growth Network leaders and regional Growth Network Marketing Coordinators.
Travel Requirements
  • This position requires < 10% travel.
