About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator who will help guide our mission to create influential stories through storyboarding and production. We are looking for a candidate with strong interest in medical and educational technology. This is a new position that will work very closely with the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager. This candidate should be organized with a proven record of writing and drafting content in this medium.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
• Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
• Marketing content creation (marketing collateral, case study creation, video, webinar, brochures, flyers, general advertising copy, etc.)
• Website content development and front-end management
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
• Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
• Use online market research and catalog findings to database, update database entries with new information
• Remain fully informed on market trends and perform research for the creation of new marketing material
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events

Assist Sales and Marketing team with additional activities and projects as needed

Requirements

Skills and Abilities Required

• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Solid understanding of metrics and analytics for reporting purposes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Understanding of how to make shareable content for a variety of media and platforms
• Proven ability to identify stories/creative that will connect with the audience
• Work in a team environment, with stakeholders from a wide variety of departments, including corporate communications, marketing, design, and social media

Qualities We Look For

Minimum Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

• 2-5 years of Marketing experience
