Job Summary

AECOM is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support our GSA (General Services Administration) client. This position has the flexibility to be remote, or hybrid combination of remote and office work. This position can be based out of any location within the United States including, but not limited to: Arlington, VA; Brooklyn, NY; Las Vegas, NV; Germantown, MD; Cleveland, OH; Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Summary

This position requires a detail-orientated, self starter to work with a team of coordinators to provide proposal support and other marketing activities.

Major Responsibilities:

• Supports, coordinates, and assists in the marketing activities of the firm.
• Engages in document production, responses to external questionnaires, preparation of general statements of qualifications, input to proposal sections, proposal logistics coordination, and support to more senior marketing staff on trade show and communications coordination, and other tasks to achieve marketing and business development objectives.
• Works under general, moderate oversight.
• Past experience with GSA (General Services Administration) a plus.
• Must be able to work under deadlines in a team setting.

Minimum Requirements

• High school + 2 years of relevant experience or AA/AS (US) OR Diploma/Certificate (Canada)
• Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferrably with a university degree in Marketing.

• Relocation not offered with Position
• Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $20 - $30.
• AECOM encourages but does not require, its employees to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. However, this position is on a project or a worksite, which requires workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination or an approved accommodation must be received in order to enter an AECOM or worksite location in New York City, NY.
