About the jobThe US Marketing Coordinator will get a 360 degree view of the US business and marketing global department. By supporting the Senior US Marketing Manager and broader US businesses in driving regional growth, this person will work with a wide variety of disciplines, learning the ins and outs of growth marketing, brand management, events, content and more. As a marketing coordinator with GWI, you’ll play a key role in helping the US reach its goals and develop your career by owning tactical execution for US-related marketing initiatives.Â
What you’ll be doing- Collaborating with Senior US Marketing Manager, global marketing and sales teams to support growth marketing initiatives.Â
- Owning planning and execution of industry events including trade shows, tentpole events, GWI sponsored and client events.Â
- Developing a deep understanding of US tech, data and consumer research market to help guidance of US campaigns and activations.Â
- Becoming an expert in Hubspot, Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator reporting and planning.
- Writing and distribution of regular marketing activity updates including ELT and SLT weekly reports, consistent reporting on US PR activity and events recaps.Â
- Conducting user and prospect research in the US to inform the wider Marketing and Communications strategy.
- Reviewing inbound performance, identify areas of optimization and identify new channels to drive pipeline.

TechnicalÂ

- Experience in or desire to learn Hubspot and/or SalesforceÂ
- Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google SlidesÂ
- Ability to work with large datasets and analyze marketing performance
- Excellent collaboration skills - you’ll be working with many different teams across the globe!
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, both externally and internally - we’ll be relying on you to share key updates with the US business, draft marketing copy as necessary and contribute to key meetings.Â
- The drive to learn new skills in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment - we’re a scale up and new priorities pop up all the time, you’ll need to be nimble and learn as you go.Â
- Excellent attention to detail - there’s a lot going on and we’ll rely on you to double, triple and quadruple check your own work.
