Allwyn North America is headquartered in Chicago, and currently operates the Illinois Lottery under a private management agreement while seeking other opportunities throughout the U.S. We also provide products and services to lotteries and their players throughout Europe and the United States.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and timely implementation of creative, strategic and thoughtful communication and experiences that promote the Illinois Lottery portfolio. This individual will report into the Director of Marketing and work cross-functionally with the Director of Marketing and the Integrated Marketing Manager to ensure execution success on consumer-facing creative across our paid channels (Broadcast, Radio, Digital Display, OOH, Shopper, and Social) and across the Illinois Lottery Website.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports the marketing department in briefing and executing paid tactics and website assets that aligns with our established campaigns and delivers against our objectives and strategies
  • Work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams to implement consumer-facing communications materials and ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
  • Lead tactical campaign briefing process including plan approval, managing timelines, approvals and trafficking across paid and website assets.
  • Assist in development and project management of promotions, such as sweepstakes; including, but not limited to writing rules, briefing creative, winner outreach and fulfillment, and post-program analysis
  • Assist in coordinating brand events, activation, and sponsorships
  • Assist with day-to-day budget management, creating purchase orders, and processing invoices
  • Lead campaign recaps with help from marketing managers and share out with key internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and post program analyses

Requirements
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
  • The position will be hybrid with the in-office time required.
  • Candidate must be positioned in the Greater Chicagoland area.
  • A relevant marketing qualification and knowledge of content marketing principles
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels across an organization.
  • Confident, resourceful, and a "can do" attitude.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good writing skills and an eye for good design
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Maturity and sensibility for a regulated environment
