Position Summary:

As a member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator  is responsible for helping tell the story of Brain Corp and the transformative power of BrainOS, our proprietary AI robotic technology software platform that automates physical operations. As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for helping plan, construct and execute marketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences, including events, emails, newsletters, social media, PR, digital content and more. This role will partner with cross functional teams including: sales, product, BD and other Marketing partners. You’ll love this role if you are a strong planner, content creator, and creative mind. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs and campaigns
  • Write clear and concise copy on demand, following the brand's voice and tone guidelines, for a variety of media, including website, email, newsletters, social media, sales collateral, and more
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted event marketing campaigns that will meet sales objectives and business goals 
  • Manage the marketing team’s calendar and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Help manage projects related to content development, which may include videos, webinars, and more
  • Work professionally with Product, Business Development, and Sales Specialists in a team environment

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience working in a similar role, preferably at a high-growth technology company or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in business,  marketing or communications

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics

  • Basic knowledge of content writing best practices 
  • Experienced at planning tradeshows and events
  • Self-starter who is curious, excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • Well organized

  • Keen eye for clean design with experience with video and graphic design tool

Salary Range:

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in San Diego, California is $71,820 to $79,800. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Brain Corp is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
