The Marketing Coordinator’s Mission:
As part of the Content Management portion of the Offer Management Team, the mission of the Marketing Coordinator is to execute product offers and quality assurance, deploying and maintaining marketing assets across software and Content Management platforms. 
In collaboration with other teams, the Marketing Coordinator turns a collection of assets -- copy, images, videos and product data -- into high-converting sales pages. They set up product data, create landing pages, shape shopping experiences, and build website content with impeccable accuracy -- and they do so with the goal of increasing average order value.
As a “content and offer expert” the Marketing Coordinator leans into the customer journey, sales-page functionality, accuracy, and performance data in order to improve user experiences. The Marketing Coordinator grows their marketing knowledge over time, endeavoring to understand 4Patriots offers and strategy, so that they can add value to the shoppable content they manage.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:

  • Set up new / update existing product offers within internal systems
  • Coordinate with the Inventory team to add/remove:
    • Out of stock offers from internal and external phone team product catalogs
    • Delay messages from OMS order confirmations
  • Work closely with the Content Manager to organize and translate project information for other teams and individuals with different communication styles
  • Gather appropriate assets for production (e.g. copy, images, videos, etc.) and ensure that all assets are in the correct format or send back for re-work.
  • Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to gather requirements for site content, style, and layout
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to develop and update site content and ensure accurate product configuration for all Product IDs, bundles, new SKUs
  • Perform quality assurance testing of funnels on stage & production to ensure accuracy between data displayed and final results so the customer has the best end to end user experience
  • Ensure all content is optimized for an excellent user experience by editing text and images so that they appear on the website at the optimum size and quality
  • Make recommendations for both new and existing components
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all existing and new funnels/products
  • Update web content and features as needed by the Marketing and Customer Services Teams.
  • Ensure content has a consistent look and feel throughout funnels/pages; feel empowered to ask questions when you feel customer experience could be improved

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience coordinating marketing initiatives
  • Expert User: Microsoft Office, Google Docs
  • Ability to quickly learn and encourage adoption of new software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work under a deadline
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proofreading skills
  • Ability to work on a team with fast-paced projects and self-learning

Work Environment and Travel Requirements:
Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.
Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office environment.
Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
Flexible hybrid work schedule -- 2 days in the office, which enables collaboration and decision-making with other team members.
