Prove is looking for an organized and conscientious Marketing Project & Events Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Marketing team! This special person is a resourceful, solution-oriented professional who can quickly switch gears between everything from organizing a Prove-branded cocktail hour to sourcing fun swag to writing up engaging landing page copy. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for helping to keep projects on track and getting our brand out to the audience via fun experiences and events.

What You Are Accountable For:

  • Coordinating trade shows, conferences, events and meetings considering assembling requirements and assignments and schedules. Will also be responsible for coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
  • Developing landing page copy and social media copy to promote Prove events
  • Communicating event goals, deadlines, and deliverables with leaders across the organization
  • Considering event budgets and collaborating with finance and legal teams on the approval process
  • Brainstorming ideas about new events, experiences, and forms of content such as quizzes, guides, infographics, animations, and videos
  • Staying on top of marketing and events trends
  • Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Pitching in with other Marketing team initiatives such as campaigns
  • Promoting, maintaining and enhancing our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion and leadership.

What We Require:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, event management, journalism, communications, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years experience in Marketing, Event Production, Project Management or other related area
  • Excellent time management, communication, and project management skills
  • A positive, solution-oriented, proactive attitude

Bonus Points:

  • If you have experience executing events (tradeshows, executive dinners, industry shows, webinars, etc.)
  • If you have experience with writing, email marketing, marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, or social media
Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Prove we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

This position description should not be considered the final description of the position. It should be assumed that we would, to some extent, structure responsibilities in accordance with the successful candidate’s capabilities and changing business conditions.
