Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
HARIBO of America is growing our Marketing department with the addition of a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with various marketing department duties including Sample Room Management, Purchase Order (PO) management, product licensing communication, and monitoring our graphics library and manage requests for Goldbear public appearances is aligned with HARIBO company and brand standards. Located on-site at our corporate office in Rosemont, Illinois, the ideal Marketing Coordinator candidate will have a working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, will be able to bend/lift up to 50lb (50 pounds) repeatedly when shipping HARIBO product for product samples or marketing promotions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the intake, fulfillment, packing, shipment, and tracking of all requests for HARIBO product samples or promotional items stocked at the Rosemont corporate headquarters sample room.
- Track and maintain Sample Room inventory of fresh product, promotional items, and shipping supplies to ensure timely and complete fulfillment of requests. Ensure Sample Room is organized and well-maintained
- Manage all Marketing POs (Purchase Orders) to ensure they are entered correctly in the systems
- Daily receiving and distribution of incoming packages to the Rosemont corporate office and the packing, shipping, and tracking on non-sample promotional items related to outbound packages
- Maintain graphics library and partner with Marketing team for product licensing communications
- Oversee all requests for Goldbear (yes, THE iconic HARIBO Goldbear) for public appearances including coordination of scheduling, event staffing, budget allocation, and billing

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be able to lift product up to 50lbs ( 50 pounds) repeatedly, bend repeatedly
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
