Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

BioDot is a privately held company that designs, manufactures, and sells innovative micro-scale liquid dispensing and other related equipment used to develop and produce medical diagnostic tests. We are experiencing rapid growth and currently have a need for a Marketing Coordinator. This position will be based in our headquarters in Irvine, CA, and will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• CRM Data Management:
• Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their data needs and provide necessary support

Tradeshow and Event Coordination:

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to manage cross organization marketing strategies
• Organize and manage exhibition and workshop logistics
• Manage event logistics, including booth setup, materials, and attendee coordination.
• Work with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful event execution.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media content calendars.
• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and track engagement metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices in social media marketing.

Administer promotional materials and communications, including, but not limited to:

• Press Releases
• Datasheets
• Publications/Posters
• Website Content
• Instructional Videos and Manuals

Provide updated sales tools via the marketing intranet

Review and edit existing promotional material

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
• 2-3 years of pervious experience in Marketing
• Experience with Trade Shows is required.
• Ability to work well with other departments to create new marketing materials
• Requires excellent organization, written and verbal communications
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadline and manage projects independently
• Resourcefulness in solving problems
• Comfortable with Microsoft™ Suite of products
• Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
• Must be a self starter, work well without supervision, and accept responsibility

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

This position is not eligible for relocation.
