Job Description
JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator Assist in the planning, execution, tracking, and communication of marketing campaigns/projects across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and more. Serve as a project manager including organizing team tasks in Asana, taking notes, updating task deadlines and details, and updating calendars. Coordinate creation of new marketing collateral/campaigns. Develop expense reports accurately and on-time to track costs and support budget management. Maintain the directory of corporate collateral, ensuring all resources are current and aligned to brand standards. Coordinate ordering of collateral and track and replenish as needed. Manage promotional item inventory by coordinating with third-party vendors, checking and approving invoices, and maintaining detailed tracking of promotional item usage monthly. Initiate and facilitate trade show project brief meetings with sales personnel to identify required pre-, during, and post-tradeshow activities that will maximize event success and return on investment. Provide marketing materials as needed and meet deadlines to accommodate above objectives. Coordinate the creation of tradeshow specific collateral. Manage an accurate inventory of trade show collateral and booth materials such as banners, tablecloths, and other signage. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing Experience in deadline and project coordination, including using project management programs such as Asana Experience with marketing platforms such as Hootsuite, Loomly, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Mailchimp, SugarMarket Prior involvement in trade show or event planning Detail oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) Ability to collaborate and partner with stakeholders on different teams and at all levels of the organization Graphic design skills and basic experience in Adobe Creative Suite products (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat) are a plus

SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our growing Marketing team at Meteor Education. Marketing serves as the face of our company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the brand and the business. We partner with teams across the company to develop marketing assets and campaigns that help to drive our sales and revenue. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting these efforts to promote our brand, products, and services through events, collateral, and digital marketing. This impactful role requires a blend of creativity, organization, and communication skills to contribute to the development and execution of successful marketing initiatives.

NOTE: All Meteor new hires are expected to attend an in-person cultural orientation which requires travel to our home office in Gainesville, FL. Employees may also be required to travel and attend annual company meetings and events. All business-related travel expenses will be paid for by Meteor per our company travel and expense policy.
