The position is ideal for motivated and organized individuals seeking to learn and gain hands-on experience across various marketing disciplines.

About the Role:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives
  • Support the marketing team on new marketing campaigns
  • Create, proofread, and edit marketing collateral including PowerPoint presentations for various marketing channels and sales ensuring a consistent voice
  • Manage the full webinar process each month - promotion, recruitment, follow-up, and tracking/reporting on metrics
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple outside vendors
  • Provide marketing administration support including payments, expenditures, accounts payable coordination, setting up meetings
  • Develop, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms, maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting for both Accusoft products and OnTask
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, using data to optimize strategies and improve results
  • Support and coordinate the promotion of marketing and corporate events
  • Manage email marketing: creating and launching efforts, reporting on metrics, and offering recommendations for improvement
  • Support sales team with marketing requests for business cards, customer visits, and Sendoso items
  • Other duties and activities as assigned

Work Schedule/Environment:

  • This can be a work-from-home-based role in any of the following states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, Tennessee, and Washington.
  • We offer a flexible work schedule.
  • Employees can also work from our Tampa, FL, Office if they wish.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, Communication, Business or related field
  • Two plus years experience relevant marketing project management experience in a technology-related company; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize a varied workload in a fast-paced, unpredictable, and demanding environment
  • Effective at tracking and following through on their own and others' responsibilities
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willing to learn new skills, expand knowledge, and adapt to technological and business changes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation delivery

TRAVEL:

Some travel is required.
