As our Marketing Coordinator, your role will be central to the success of the wider marketing team, as you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of global events and campaigns that engage and excite Elliptic's customers and key target accounts.

Key Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful organisation, running and reporting of Elliptic-owned and third party in-person and virtual events
  • Support the marketing team in the planning, launch and optimisation of regional and global integrated campaigns targeting our top accounts
  • Maintain Elliptic's events and speaking calendar, identifying opportunities for speaking slots, sponsorship and attendance
  • Build engaging emails, landing pages and campaign assets using Hubspot
  • Contribute to Elliptic's social media calendar, partnering with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop high-performing content
  • Work closely with our design lead and agency partners to develop engaging creative assets and maintain brand consistency wherever - and however - we show up
  • Research and deliver recommendations for new channels and content formats
  • Utilise internal channels to build excitement and engagement around events, campaign launches and content releases
  • Partner with revenue operations, sales and customer success to ensure effective post-event follow-up and reporting
  • Deliver regular reporting, providing recommendations for improvements

What you will achieve in the first 6 months:

  • Take ownership of the Elliptic events and speaking calendar and establish clear templates and processes to ensure the successful delivery of events
  • Play a key role in the roll out of account based and regional marketing campaigns, delivering a visible impact on pipeline
  • Establish strong relationships with the marketing team, agency partners and key stakeholders within the business
  • Get to know Hubspot inside-out, and develop a suite of high-performing assets and automated journeys

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in managing both owned and third party events
  • Marketing automation experience, preferably Hubspot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to travel, primarily within the US (up to 30% of your time)
  • Experience of webinar tools, particularly Zoom

  • Previous experience or knowledge of the crypto space or regulated sector
