Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment. The role is a key part of our Marketing Team. You will be responsible for coordinating the execution of events and strategic marketing campaigns as directed by marketing managers.
What you'll do...
- Coordinate in-person and virtual marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
- Coordinate events leads lists, auditing to ensure it has correct and up-to-date data
- Manage post-event leads including, auditing, uploading to Salesforce, and working alongside sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow up
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution
- Partner with internal teams to produce external-facing promotional materials
- Maintain testimonials, proof points, and data information to ensure most current information is readily available for internal and external use.
- Help coordinate the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns
- Maintain cleanliness and enforce process governance as it relates to marketing contact data in our marketing automation platform, including coordinating with sales to identify sources of poor data, performing regular audits, and identifying opportunities for data enrichment.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and sales team to develop sales enablement materials (as needed)
- Assist in coordinating product launches, including helping organize webinars, email campaigns, and social media promotions (when applicable)
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of marketing assets
- Assist in the coordination and execution of partner marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
What you offer us...
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination and event planning
- Previous real estate marketing or SaaS marketing experience preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media campaign tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or business preferred
- Salesforce, Active Campaign, and Creative Cloud experience preferred
- Comfortable in an experimental and fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain a high level of organization and productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure
- Data-driven with high attention to detail and the ability to test and measure performance of marketing activities
- Strong communicator - both written and verbally

- Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of 55,000 to 65,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
