This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.
The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate project work and assign through a project management system to other marketing and communications team members. Position responsibilities include activating projects for team members, paying invoices, managing consistency of standards and best practices, as well as ensuring accuracy and accessibility for documents utilized by the division.

What you do
- Assists in the creation, maintenance and production of simple marketing materials or forms.
- Activate and assign basic projects to team members through a project management tool, need to obtain short synopsis of project goals and communicate that with the project owners.
- Works closely with other marketing individuals and teams throughout the organization.
- Maintains current documentation of procedures and processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of materials completed in the organization's project management tool and it' final placement in the fulfillment system others use to access and use the materials.
- Assist with invoice filing/processing.
- Additional duties as required.
What you bring
- H.S. Diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years related experience required.
