About this role

Reporting to our APAC Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping to develop and execute marketing programs across digital marketing channels, content, in-person events, and sponsorships to grow the Bullhorn brand and drive opportunity generation. This role will also be responsible for developing and creating new business opportunities for our sales team, qualifying leads while delivering a high quality of customer service to prospective clients. 

With a focus on building the Bullhorn brand and driving revenue, this role works across a range of APAC marketing activities having two main focuses - supporting the marketing team with strategic campaigns and events as well as aligning with the sales team to help qualify inbound marketing generated leads. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is exceptionally adept at handling multiple projects at once while building strong relationships both internally and externally.

A typical day would include: 

  • Support the delivery of all APAC marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand of Bullhorn’s products throughout APAC (social media, pay per click advertising, remarketing, webinars, email marketing, etc.)

  • Responsible for qualifying leads generated by marketing and directing them to the appropriate sales representative, ensuring a high level of customer service for prospective clients. 

  • Provide support to the Head of Marketing and the Executive Management team as needed.

  • Assist with trade show events, including the procurement and distribution of marketing assets, merchandise and conducting follow-up activities for event leads.

  • Assist in developing compelling marketing collateral and advertising in alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Create and execute emails for account-based marketing campaigns.

  • Contribute to event planning for Bullhorn's annual conference, Engage.

  • Oversee content distribution on Bullhorn blogs

  • Help coordinate partner marketing activities for both event and online channels.

The role would be a fit for you if

  • You have a minimum 1 year of experience in a Marketing position (any experience in the recruitment and/or SaaS industry is highly desirable!)

  • You’re an expert when it comes to multitasking and proactive planning, with very strong written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail.

  • You have the ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner

  • You thrive in fast paced settings, with the ability to build relationships remotely

  • You make connections everywhere. You’re an avid networker that builds strong relationships with people, leveraging those relationships to creatively solve problems
