Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing department. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and assisting the marketing team in a wide range of areas including: content creation, managing content calendar, event management, and more!

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate with our marketing team throughout all stages of marketing campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing team in the execution of the overall corporate marketing strategies with a particular focus on assisting the departments' operational needs. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels. This position will provide an opportunity to develop and refine marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Planning and Managing Content Calendar

o Keep Marketing annual calendar of activities current.

• Creating, writing, and publishing content on our social media platforms

o Create engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.

o Interacting with readers on social media platforms

• Creating blog posts, email campaigns, surveys

• Coordinating with graphic designer on marketing content and creating graphics in-house when appropriate.

o Creation of flyers and in-store marketing collateral

• Managing Tradeshows and Events

o Coordinate logistics and provide support for trade show events, including registration, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up.

• Managing Hudson Technologies brand guidelines and building brand awareness

o Creates and supports marketing initiatives to build the brand in accordance with our mission, values, objectives, and brand image.

o Ensuring that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.

o Company brand point of contact.

• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns (digital / print)

o Email Campaigns, Print Ads, Web Traffic, Digital Ads

• Staying up to date on industry news

o Monitoring marketing trends as well as keeping an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace.

o Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.

o Attend webinars and occasional conferences to stay up to date on the latest market trends.

• Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications

• At least 2 - 4 years of experience in content management, creative writing, and managing email and social media campaigns.

• Excellent Microsoft Platform skills

• Experience with design platforms (Canva/InDesign)

• Experience with CRM systems preferred.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.

• Detail-oriented and deadline focused with an intense attention to detail.

• Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects
