Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Hill House Home is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist with all aspects of brand marketing campaigns, social media management, influencer marketing, and PR / communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Marketing
- Sample Management: ownership of marketing samples, including tracking and physical management / organization
- Pitching creative concepts for content, social, brand activations and partnerships
- Building and updating campaign decks; presenting concepts to senior stakeholders for approvals
- Liaising with PR agencies on influencer campaigns and strategic gifting initiatives
- Supporting marketing campaigns and events, including coordination of timelines, budgets, people and logistics
- Working with marketing team to report on effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
- Assisting Brand Marketing Director and external production stakeholders in all aspects of photoshoot planning and production, including planning content deliverables and cross-functional communication
Administrative Activities
- In partnership with creative lead, develop and maintain digital asset management system
- Maintain timely reconciliation of expenses, invoicing and payment schedules for external partners
- Report on weekly social media performance and press coverage
- Track asset usage across owned and paid channels
- Coordinate product for influencer and celebrity gifting. Ensure all packages arrive and maintain tracking document for team visibility
- Ownership of team meeting scheduling and agendas
