Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (hybrid)
Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Raise brand awareness, strengthen the brand, and promote long-lasting customer relationships
- B2B content marketing, work closely with distributors to meet expectations on promoting products
- Create and implement digital marketing initiatives based on sales and marketing strategy
- Develop and coordinate ideas and concepts for email blast, social media, website and advertising
- Assemble reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and product development departments as needed, including print, direct-mail and data management
- Create and manage marketing calendar across all tactics.
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals and success, identify and execute improvements for process, content, and lead generation.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or equivalent
- 1+ years' experience of marketing or advertising experience, either client or agency side in a service role (including account/client management, project management)
- Basic knowledge of print and digital development and production in order to interface effectively with clients and vendors
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and meet deadlines while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and positive working attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management / collaborative work management software a plus (Wrike, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
- Knowledge of creative applications:
- Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Microsoft Office
- Hootsuite
- Constant Contact
- Canva
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
