About the role

Are you searching for a role at the intersection of sales, marketing, and creative? Look no further! Malka is seeking a qualified Marketing Coordinator to join our team to support our sales-marketing function and our content production studio services that our clients rely on to make content at the speed of now. The Marketing Coordinator should excel in creating and coordinating sales materials, such as creative presentations and case studies, to bolster an effective sales process in order to help make the sale. The ideal candidate must possess strong writing skills, strategic thinking abilities, and exceptional presentation design expertise. We are looking for someone with a startup mentality who thrives in being part of a highly motivated organization.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop sales materials for new and existing clients.
• Organize, tag and oversee a database of marketing materials like sales decks for both new business opportunities and external marketing (e.g. social, website, email and press).  
• Create new and relevant sales assets to ensure that our sales team has the right ingredients to make the sale.
• Oversee marketing and creative sales assets for a 10-plus person sales organization.
• Build and manage all aspects of our sales-marketing catalog to help close new business and build brand awareness in the creative and marketing community.
• Coordinate and post on Malka socials to support organic growth and conversation on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. 
• Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that our content is aligned with new sales opportunities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, and someone who is team-oriented and collaborative.

About you

• Minimum of 3 or more years of successful experience in sales marketing.
• A strong background in developing sales materials.
• Expert with Keynote, Google Slides and email marketing.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• In office at least four days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Strong understanding of content production, or experience working at a creative agency or marketech company preferred
