Actionstep is a fast growing, dynamic SaaS business with a global customer base and team. We specialize in the delivery of Legal Practice Management software to modern law firms around the globe.

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to grow their marketing career at Actionstep. This role is for a marketer looking for an opportunity to contribute to the success of a global SaaS business as we continue to expand our footprint in the US and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a few years' experience in a fast-paced environment, a broad marketing skill base and have experience or knowledge of marketing to professional service or B2B audiences. Reporting to the Marketing Director, US and working closely with other members of the global marketing team, you will coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our brand and product, build our community, and help drive sales and growth. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously, keep the team on task, and meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a wide range of marketing functions, including events, marketing project management, communications, and branding. The right candidate will have plenty of opportunity to expand this role and develop their skills to leverage their interests and strengths.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hosted Events: Coordinating hosted and co-sponsored webinar and event schedules, working cross-departmentally to coordinate content and speaker requirements. Coordinating RSVPs and attendee communications as needed.
  • Exhibit & Sponsored Events: Coordinating tradeshow and conference schedules, including association and other sponsorships, working cross-departmentally to coordinate and communicate deliverables and timelines. Assisting in tracking and reporting on outcomes.
  • Project Management: Organizing and managing team contributions, deliverables, and timelines for specific large-scale marketing and communications projects, ensuring team stays on target for milestones and adheres to deadlines.
  • Sales Enablement: Organizing and managing marketing sales support materials, working with sales and partnerships teams to identify gaps, and coordinating with marketing team to develop additional content. Ensuring resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
  • Marketing Team Coordination: Coordinating and tracking progress of marketing activities across the team, identifying the best tool(s) to implement and supporting their development and maintenance. Organizing marketing resources and repositories for ease of use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing (preference for SaaS and/or legal marketing or corporate marketing)
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Salary range from $60k to $65k depending on experience
