Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator helps to build brand awareness through coordination of marketing activities and events participation for the Precision Medicine Group businesses.
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
Marketing Activities & Communications
- Support communication execution across Precision Medicine Group
- Support marketing coordination efforts across Precision Medicine Group in all marketing activities including regular communication and coordination between business leads, creative team, and content team
- Maintain and update all marketing events calendars and shared cloud trackers for each business line and coordinate with Corporate all required resources for marketing activities
- Support social media activity (scheduling, copy proofing, and post approvals) across all Precision Medicine Group teams
- Facilitate / project manage the implementation and distribution of new Precision resources and updates to the team (white papers, case studies, on-demand videos)
Lead Generation, Reporting & Metrics Tracking
- Oversee all event follow-up processes with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure optimized lead generation, lead handoff, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in compiling reports on conference leads/ROI, as well as website and CRM metrics.
- Maintain and distribute post-event report-outs and event overviews
Event Coordination
- Manage administrative conference / event details including, but not limited to, finance, signage and posting of event promotional materials, responding to inquiries, coordination of travel and meeting registrations, tech platforms, and coordination/scheduling of meetings to ensure flawless execution
- Oversee Precision Medicine Group’s participation (virtual and in-person) in events (examples: conferences, webinars, trainings, etc.) by multiple businesses over the course of the year; coordinator will liaise with all event stakeholders (business leads, sales, marketing, as well as third party vendors and event organizers) during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Facilitate the creation and shipping of sales and marketing materials and collateral, including swag at the event as needed
- Help plan and coordinate additional events outside of the conference, such as a cocktail event for the sales team and key contacts
- Day of event support and on-call responsibilities
Qualifications
- Relevant experience with corporate marketing and special event planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field
- Experience in planning and implementing conference sponsorships, including booths, and hosted special events
- Proficiency with MS Office SuiteÂ
- Understanding of webinar best practices and tech platforms such Zoom and Teams
- Experienced gained in a healthcare-related space; understanding of pharma and/or healthcare space
- Understanding/Experience with WordPress and/or other UI/UX platforms
- Experienced in Salesforce, HubSpot or other customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Attention to details and good problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with a diverse type of people
- Excellent organizational, project management, time management skills and ability to cope with limited resources, seize opportunities and think creatively
