As Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting global marketing activities involving organizing and coordinating digital assets, trade shows, marketing collateral, and related deliverables across sales regions and the Lakeland family of companies. Based out of both our Huntsville, AL corporate headquarters and our Decatur, AL warehouse facility, you will be surrounded by a fun team and culture within which we are sure you will thrive.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain all marketing collateral and assets in our digital asset management system.
- Coordinate with regional Sales, Sales Operations, Web Product Management, and other Teams to plan, find, or source digital assets that may include photography, data sheets, catalogs, product labels, trade show artwork, etc.
- Facilitate product enrichment efforts for eCommerce listings including coordination of photography, collateral sourcing, etc.
- Work with current vendors, as well source new vendors and services to ensure required marketing assets are of high quality, within budget, and available when needed.
- Coordinate the storage, organization, assembly, and shipment of tradeshow assets from our Decatur, AL warehouse.
- Audit the product listings in eCommerce, the website, and in distribution to ensure the correct assets have propagated through product data transfers and are available to customers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a related role
- Excellent organization skills and detail oriented
- Experience in coordinating and managing projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Comfortable in negotiation and coordination with multiple stakeholders
Preferences:
- Skilled in Project and/or Event Management
- Familiarity with file management processes, systems, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency with Office 365
- Experience with Salesforce
