**The compensation range for this role is $50-60,000 annually**

Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining organization within the marketing team and project managing initiatives. Join our team and be a key contributor in shaping the future of wealth management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute general administrative tasks for the Marketing Department
  • Assist in wealth advisor onboarding and support activities, including:
    • Creating bios and webpages
    • Organizing wealth advisor headshots
    • Preparing wealth advisor materials (including stationery, business cards, and swag)
  • Provide event planning support
  • Establish and manage the company’s social media calendar
  • Develop and maintain the PR calendar and tracker
  • Assist with internal communications
  • Support administrative tasks (e.g., advertising budget tracking)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years as an administrative assistant, team/marketing coordinator, or relevant experience (preferably in a marketing agency or financial services setting)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently – particularly in collaborating with internal team members across various disciplines and levels
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organization, time management skills, and eye for design
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with HubSpot and Webflow is preferred
