The Role:

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support our internal marketing team with email outreach, social media campaigns, content creation, award submissions and event coordination.

MARKETING COORDINATOR - What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing collateral, social posts, blogs and emails.
• Help oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events related to corporate communications and investor relations audiences. This will involve collaborating with sales teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure successful event outcomes including delivering pre-event marketing and post event nurture campaigns.
• Help build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Draft compelling award submissions that showcase the achievements and capabilities of Investis Digital and its clients.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Oversee editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

• Continuously improve reach by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, insights and best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage reputation, identify key initiatives, and coordinate actions.
• Manage monthly download reports, newsletters, and dashboard metrics.
• Collaborate and support teams with website updates, content, and SEO campaigns.

MARKETING COORDINATOR - Who You Are:

• Experience in marketing, communications, or copywriting roles, preferably with a digital marketing or creative agency.
• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing marketing events and coordinating with sales and SMEs to deliver successful events.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to produce captivating content for social media, blogs, and external audiences.
• Keen eye for details and grammar, with a passion for copywriting and writing styles.
• Proven track record in crafting persuasive award submissions that have resulted in successful recognitions.

• Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred) or similar CRM.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience creating, managing, and nurturing social media campaigns on latest platforms, including LinkedIn.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent project management skills - highly detailed, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite - Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
