Ally Home Care is looking to add a marketing coordinator to our team!
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting clients in all tasks related to marketing and client services. You will be part of the Branch Management Team responsible for managing Branch operations

Responsibilities
- Identify and report new referrals from caregiver team and community outreach;
- Assist with client intake process by coordinating Agency Team;
- Assist with employee matching to ensure adequate staffing;
- Participate in and recommend potential community outreach events;
- Build relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case workers, managed care organizations, and other health providers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1-3 years of management/marketing experience
- Home health or health care experience is preferred
Measures of Success
- Service Hour Growth: 50% per Year
- Client Referrals: 4 per week
- Client On-boarding: 4 per month
- Client Retention: less than 1 lost client every 6 months
