Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our proposal process. This role is all about making our RFP responses stand out through sharp design, clear messaging, and consistent branding. What You’ll Do • Prepare and format proposals in Canva using our templates and database. • Keep our proposal library organized, updated, and growing. • Develop fresh layouts and designs that build and showcase the QA brand. • Collaborate with project managers to assemble accurate, timely RFP submissions. • Support occasional graphic design needs beyond proposals. What We’re Looking For • Strong design and organization skills. • Eye for detail and consistency. • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects. • Familiarity with construction or professional services proposals a plus.
