Marketing Coordinator - (B3)
Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated marketing assistant experience
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Experience in a team setting, contributing proactively and constructively to the group
- Preferred: Demonstrated skills with Adobe graphic software
- HIGHLY DESIRED: Some event planning and management experience
- HIGHLY DESIRED: Fluent in technologies to implement external programs and manage content - HTML, databases, Aventri event registration software, Boomset, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with all members of the group, members of other internal organizations, vendors, and contractors in performance of assigned work.
- Assisting with technical program logistics and content creation of related materials
- Creation of documents, presentation slides, and spreadsheets; maintenance of databases
- Budget tracking and reporting
- Computer filing system maintenance
- Handling sensitive information in accordance with company confidentiality requirements
- Administration and maintenance of automated tech pubs system

U.S. Salary Range:
$112,000.00 - $154,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on a number of factors including location and level and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
