Marketing Coordinator, BEAM

Position Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator at BEAM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing team's efforts to evangelize our unique product offering and engage with our target audience of brilliant, best-in-class brands. You will help pull off top-tier marketing campaigns, content creation, and data analysis deep dives to help us be the best we can possibly be, while working with some of the smartest folks in town. The person poised for success in this role loves writing in a playful and engaging brand voice, understands how to connect with their target audience, and has experience managing the many tools and processes required in multi-channel b2b campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all elements are prepared and deployed on schedule.
• Support content development efforts by writing and editing copy for marketing materials, blog posts, social media updates, and other content.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
• Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including drafting email content and segmenting email lists.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics.
• Coordinate industry events, webinars, and conferences, including promotion and logistics.
• Gather data and insights on the SaaS market, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Ensure that marketing materials and collateral are up-to-date and readily available.
• Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns, including setting up and optimizing ads.
• Act as a communication link between the marketing team and other departments, facilitating effective collaboration.
• Help create reports that provide insights into the performance of marketing activities.
• Assist in tracking and managing marketing budgets to ensure expenses are within budgetary constraints.
• Apply regular updates to the BEAM website on the Wordpress platform.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Strong writer with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Experience with Wordpress
• Exposure to, and a basic understanding of, digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about your work.
