TITLE: Marketing Coordinator, Contractor/Freelance

REPORTING TO: Marketing Manager – Email & CRM  

PREFERRED LOCATION: REMOTE

Role Overview:  

We are searching for an adaptable Marketing Specialist to support our team, specifically tasked with managing email marketing for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns utilizing email platforms. This person will have a strong working knowledge of setting up, validating, and tracking email campaigns across multiple markets. Attention to detail and the ability to deploy informative material creatively are necessary to succeed in this role. This is a temporary need for a contractual-based position to support through Q4/holiday season.

Responsibilities:  

• Manage necessary approvals for all content and project management against deadlines. 
• Work with external vendors to track the delivery/timeline of projects. 
• Deploy and manage email campaigns, including but not limited to editing messages, leading design and copy reviews. 
• Distribute a variety of customer communications that drive engagement, from one-off email sends to marketing automation campaigns. 
• QA campaigns for functionality, rendering, tracking, and customer experience. 
• Collaborate with Marketing, web dev, digital, and other departments as needed to ensure campaigns are aligned among all channels. 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field or experience 
• Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to getting things done 
• Copywriting/ copy-editing skills 
• Enjoy working cross-functionally with other teams 
• Exposure to digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software.  
• Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
• Previous experience deploying campaigns within Klaviyo a bonus 
• Comfortable working within US hours/timezone
