Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across advertising, digital, print, events, and promotional channels. This role provides hands-on experience in campaign coordination, creative support, digital asset management, and event logistics, with clear opportunity for growth into a management role. This individual will be required to manage multiple projects concurrently and work toward predetermined goals both independently and in a team environment.

This individual will be required to manage multiple projects concurrently and work toward predetermined goals both independently and in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understands and ensures consistent compliance with company policy, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Stay up to date with current trends and advances in marketing (advertising, media, digital, web, etc.) to ensure relevant and targeted materials are being developed.
- Coordinate copywriting and graphic design services including concept development and execution for a variety of collateral and mediums including promotional materials, guides, print and display ads, websites, videos, etc.
- Support marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising plans, and objectives; developing strong content and planning and organizing promotional presentations; maintaining campaign calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
- Assist with the trafficking of digital media creative assets between external partners, technology providers in the areas of search, email, web and mobile marketing.
- Support promotional materials and updates by developing or coordinating requirements with team members and graphics partners.
- Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and documentation.
- Produce accurate, high-quality work with increasing independence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or management
- 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience or training in project management and/or creating published content is an asset.
- Prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (including TEAMS) and other technology applications relevant to the role.
- Highly motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and unsupervised
- Consent to and pass a pre-employment drug test (Policy C-14 Substance and Alcohol Abuse Prevention).
- Consent to and pass a satisfactory (soft) Credit Record Check.
- Execution of a Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, and Non-Solicit Agreement.
