Amplify is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Demand Generation marketing team as we grow demand for our math programs and expand our footprint in the world of education. The Marketing Coordinator will handle workflows as well as support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and associated deliverables. This key role will work on a team that is focused on driving educators to the Desmos platform, engaging them on the free site, and pushing them to experience free trials. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will partner with Math Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, Design and other internal teams to maintain roadmaps and coordinate calendars.
The ideal candidate is self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. This person is organized, pays attention to detail, thoroughly proficient in quick and accurate implementation, interested (but not necessarily experienced) in product and digital marketing, and highly curious with strong problem solving skills. This role is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow in demand gen and digital marketing. They will learn the ins and outs of our marketing processes and systems; communicate efficiently across teams and proactively offer ideas and own projects to optimize our systems, pages, and surrounding processes.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Create emails, landing pages, and forms in our marketing automation systems using existing templates
  • Provide QA support for marketing deliverables and handle content for multiple campaigns deploying in a short time frame adhering to tight deadlines
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and paid publisher vendors to meet ad deadlines
  • Provide support for internal teams using marketing automation, website CMS, and webinar functionality
  • Be proficient in using the project management system to handle projects/campaigns efficiently
  • Assist with strategy and planning by monitoring and reporting on campaign progress to deliver insights to drive continuous improvement and reinvestment strategies
  • Support the development of presentations and special projects for group meetings
  • Help drive the development and execution of free trials to enable prospects to experience the programs prior to purchase.

Basic qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Education or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in project management, marketing, or similar field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Google Apps and other common professional software

What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
