Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator role advises, plans, develops, manages, and executes the distribution and delivery of a broad range of communications through various channels targeting audiences and measuring message impact and acceptance. The individual in this role is also responsible for supporting the Harley-Davidson Museum in developing Marketing campaigns and leading projects that meet the business's sales objectives. The Marketing Coordinator strongly understands the marketing strategies and programs and leverages them as appropriate to support strategies and tactics.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the H-D Museum's external customer communications channels. Develop strategic, aligned, clear, concise, and accurate communications delivered through various channels.
- Analyze marketing performance and insights when developing new campaigns.
- Interact closely with the Harley-Davidson Museum cross-functional teams to develop communication strategies, plans/schedules, and formats to ensure all messages conveyed support the H-D Museum's operational strategy and are consistent with Harley-Davidson brand standards.
- Develop and implement online and offline Marketing & Communications strategies to increase brand awareness and drive campus visitation and revenue.
- Analyze communications effectiveness and develop and run improvement programs/plans.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Education Specifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related area is preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Experience in strategic consumer marketing, leading agency relationships, and guiding the creation and production of work with agencies
- Knowledge in multiple aspects of Marketing and Communications disciplines (offline and online advertising, media planning and buying, emerging and social media, electronic communication, retail consumer advertising and promotions, sponsorships and cross-promotions, collateral production, direct marketing, and brand awareness creation, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects
- The ability to establish objectives and meet goals independently and as part of a team
The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
