Marketing Coordinator – NZ 

We are seeking for an outstanding Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team! 

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the National Marketing Manager and each marketing channel across a variety of projects, including social media posting, invoice tracking, data assistance, webinar hosting and ad hoc projects as required. 

Our Marketing team generate leads for our sales team, provide valuable communications to increase client retention and protect and promote the LEAP brand to the legal industry.

Our Marketing team are the custodians of the LEAP brand responsible for building awareness, recognition and adoption of our products across the legal profession, turning LEAP into a brand that lawyers know and love. 

From executing marketing campaigns that reach hearts and minds, to developing a consistent, concise and always compelling brand, you’ll play an active role in innovating and guiding the trajectory of our business. As you empower lawyers to provide more flexible and affordable services, we’ll empower you to build a more agile and autonomous career limited only by your ambitions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Present ideas to generate MQLs and increase client satisfaction 
  • Post across LEAP’s social media channels in a way that promotes LEAP’s brand, generates leads and increases followers 
  • Host webinars, including script-writing and webinar system operation 
  • Provide data assistance to the Marketing Analyst by washing and organsing lists 
  • Organise podcasts 
  • Support the two content writers with content creation, including writing case studies, blog posts and website content 
  • Administrative tasks related to invoicing and budgeting 
  • Monitor and order collateral and merchandise for each state 
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities 
  • Manage additional projects as required, such as drop ins and direct mail campaigns 
  • Assist any marketing channel when additional support is required 
Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • 1+ years’ experience in a marketing role 
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field 
  • Understanding of basic SEO best practices and planning / implementation 
  • Excellent grammar, copywriting, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills, very detail-oriented 
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office 
  • A basic understanding of using the WordPress CMS 
  • Experience executing campaigns in Pardot or Marketing Cloud is preferred, but any marketing automation platform is desirable
