Marketing Coordinator (On-site)
Reports to: VP of Operations
Compensation: Salary, bonus, and equity participation.
Position Summary: As Marketing Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our team, providing crucial administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead administrative duties in support of all marketing activities.
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the marketing team, aiding in marketing.
- tasks and managing the coordination + communication of marketing projects and events. Report to VP of Operations.
- Support the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies.
- Input and maintain data in marketing databases and systems.
- Support and manage property marketing channels including ILS, websites, Google, and social media channels.
- Manage orders and inventory for property marketing assets of sales and promotional collateral.
- Assist in generating reports and analytics to track marketing performance.
- Monitor tracking phone numbers, emails, contact forms, and UTM codes.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and property teams to brainstorm new ideas and creative strategies.
- Work daily and establish cadence with numerous S2 marketing vendors.
- Lead communication between S2 teams and vendors.
- Monitor and track contract terms and assist with invoice statuses.
- Ensure all projects are being completed to S2 standards, on time, on brand, and within budget.
- Manage and organize all media libraries: photography, video, virtual tours, etc.
- Schedule and coordinate all media shoots. Lead communications between vendors and the onsite team.
- Work closely with vendors on digital presence, performance, and campaigns for property. Will assist with SEO, SEM, and analytics projects as needed.
- Manage S2MD related updates in CRM and PMS software.
- Assist with social media channels as needed
- Coordinate the distribution and consistency of marketing materials
- Lead administrative duties in support of all marketing activities
- Assist in the development of S2MD tools, resources, and communications to better performance
- Assist with the planning and coordination of misc. events
- Assis the VP of Brands & Marketing with various corporate-related projects
- Keep ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure that S2 stays ahead of the curve
Qualifications:
- Able to commute to Office location, this position is not remote
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience in project management, digital marketing, content marketing, branding
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with graphic design and social media is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident working in fast pace growing environment
- Excited to play a crucial part in the S2 Marketing Department development
