How You Will Make an Impact

  • Marketing Coordinator of Performance and Growth will monitors activities to ensure key deadlines and timelines are met according to the calendar and expectations; Meets regularly with marketing leadership to share status and highlight potential issues
  • Ensure the department is maximizing work output by assisting leadership in the creation of SOPs, workflows, and KPIs
  • Coordinates the internal marketing operations surrounding campaign and product launches to ensure effective timing and workflow
  • Marketing Coordinator of Performance and Growth will work with marketing leadership to design and optimize the internal workflows and approval processes within Wrike, the workflow platform
  • Coordinate, align, publish and maintain all calendars for promotions, campaigns, marketing projects, and corporate initiatives, etc
  • Marketing Coordinator of Performance and Growth will conduct auditing to ensure deliverables were implemented as planned, including content rotation and refresh
  • Marketing Coordinator of Performance and Growth will ensure compliance with process requirements, such as brief adherence and approvals, and provide reports to management of instances of noncompliance
  • Support the brand, marketing and sales efforts as needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Familiar with KPIs, goal tracking or project visibility software such as Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to navigate large amounts of data
  • Experienced with assisting management team with timelines and deadlines
  • Excellent follow up and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with consideration to accuracy of data
  • Communicates effectively in both written and verbal presentation
