Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)
Job Description
Fortune Media is a global media organization dedicated to helping its readers, viewers, and attendees succeed in business through unrivaled access and best-in-class storytelling.
Fortune is seeking a skilled marketer to work with us on a project basis to assist in recruiting attendees for Live and Virtual events. Position is a long-term temporary position, and will be fully remote. Compensation is hourly and based on experience.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Executing tasks in customer database (training provided), including data entry and cleansing.
- Use of Excel to sort and check customer data with tools including vlookup, pivot tables etc.
- Research--using google search, online databases, LinkedIn--of company data, including titles and contact information for executives.
- Some prospect outreach possible, including email and telemarketing
Required:
• Experience in Excel; CRM system management experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects on overlapping timelines.

Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour
