What You'll Do
- Concept, pitch, and produce smart, consumer-friendly content for a range of digital marketing assets from blogs and white papers, to landing pages, email, social media, digital display, search, video, press releases, ads, postcards, flyers, and brochures.
- See ideas through from concept to execution, working with the direction of Marketing leaders, creative directors, strategists, account managers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present work to Marketing leadership for approval.
- Become an expert in Wintrust products, banker/LO enablement, and customer needs
- Innovate our creative by identifying and executing on latest industry trends, approaches, and techniques.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years' experience as a Marketing Copywriter
- Portfolio of work demonstrating their ability to conceive ideas and write various content types for various audiences, across all digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in digital ad copywriting and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, and experience using project management software
- B.A. in Journalism, or Marketing/Advertising, or Creative Writing, or English preferred
